When your business has a conference or award dinner where guests are seated in a formal plan the menus in this section may suit your needs. Careful planning will be necessary to ensure the smooth running of your event. Unless a catering kitchen is available to us equipment will normally have to be hired for your occasion. A selection of linen can be chosen, our bar service is also recommended. Our formal dinner menus are only a guide, we will be happy to discuss individual requirements and other choices. Our costs include china crockery, cutlery and service staff.
