Hanson’s have a menu to suit every occasion; those listed are a good guide and are designed to provide a great balance of tastes and textures. We are, however, totally flexible... if you want to mix different menus, that’s fine, or if you have a favourite you’d like us to cook for you, just ask!

We are always delighted to receive special dietary requests, including the supply of gluten free and halal foods.  

All our food is cooked by a committed team of chefs headed by a Partner or Senior Manager; no exceptions. This means that, whatever style of catering you choose, we guarantee expertise and accountability.
