The following menus are examples of our most popular combinations. However if you wish to choose any number to make up your own menu, we will be happy to quote.
For cocktail parties and pre-reception drinks we recommend canapés from this section.
Most canapé menus include a selection of hot and cold items. These are usually chosen after consultation with the client and Hanson’s.
One or more of our chefs are required to prepare the canapés on site and our expert service staff to serve them.
Some venues and locations prohibit the use of some catering equipment; this may need to be considered when choosing your menu.
Additional equipment may need to be hired for some functions; this would incur and extra cost. A minimum number of covers are required. Please call us to discuss your individual requirements.
For pre-reception drinks, 4 or 5 canapés per person is normally sufficient. For cocktail parties where no other food is served we recommend at least 10 assorted items.
