Service Staff

Where your function requires service, and it is not included in the prices, we supply uniformed, professional, experienced and above all pleasant staff. We do not use outside agencies, so our staff are more committed and accountable. Our charge is £11.50 per hour per person for a minimum of four hours (plus VAT).

Equipment

We can provide a wide range of equipment for your function if required, depending on your chosen menu and location. For example, where a hot meal is served in a marquee in a field (!) ovens and hot cupboards are supplied. We can also supply linen, glasses, tables and chairs and other related equipment. Please ask for details.

Refrigeration and Porterage

This is a very popular service, particularly for larger functions. Clients can purchase their own drink; Hanson’s will collect it and ‘chill it down’ at our premises. We will then deliver it to the function and ensure it is served at its optimum temperature. Price is £195.00 plus VAT.

Alcohol

We are happy to serve your drinks; we do not charge corkage and glasses can be hired from Hanson’s @ £0.27 per glass (any) (plus VAT). We are also delighted to supply champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks on a sale or return basis. A wine list is available if required.
